For the "Villainous Villains" contest. What I write here has absolutely no bearing; it's all about the art. Still, I hate it when other people just put "." here, so for the rest of you...enjoy:

Were I a villain, I'd either be a dominatrix-based femme fatale like Cat Woman, or something small and devious, like Tinkerbell. Hence my villain's perch on the shoulder of an innocent school girl. Sure I could've had her controlling somebody with nuclear weapons, but it wouldn't be as funny.

And yes, the pair are violating the law. The sign behind the bus driver clearly states that everyone on the bus needs to sit the hell down.
